Eastern Michigan got its quarterback for the upcoming, high school signing class. On Friday, Ben Peterson of Geneva, Ill. (Geneva HS) announced his commitment to Eastern Michigan on social media.
Peterson becomes the third high schooler to commit to EMU’s signing class of 2027. The other two are defensive players from Indiana (Christian Hardy) and Georgia (Obi Duru).
Peterson also held offers from Miami, Toledo, Lindenwood, and Albany. Peterson has an older brother, Will, who is currently a redshirt-freshman long snapper at Western Michigan.
